All mail order bikes are serviced and adjusted by our trained mechanics prior to despatch to you. Handlebars,pedals and/or front wheel may need to be reattached.Where this is the case instructions will be supplied to assist you.

Cyclehouse is a geniune "Bricks and Mortar" business and would prefer to supply your bike fully built and serviced at our premises. However if you are located outside our area or for any reason you can not call at our store we are happy to dispatch any cycle except Marin anywhere within the U.K. Marin bikes can be delivered fully built by our own transport within a 20 mile radius.All mail order bikes are removed from the box,fully built and checked then re boxed with assembly notes from our Cytech trained mechanics.
